I had my braces for 18 months and it was a pretty painless and easy experience. Emergency adjustments were easy to fit in. The staff is always super friendly. I know a lot of my friends “absolutely hated” having braces. I really didn’t mind having my braces and I believe that the service I received at formerly-EP orthodontics is what made the difference! The only thing I would’ve changed is the having more available appointment days on the south hill.

Every person I've been with during my appointments have been so kind! It's a very comfortable environment!

From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave, I am treated very well. Everyone in the office is always very nice. The office is always clean and I never have a long wait time.
